Are we certified trainers?
Yes. We both hold several certificatios. Just check out the “About Us“ page for more details about our biographies.

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course, you can train alone. But we believe that our main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program with you that corresponds to your requirements and goals. In addition, we are  mainly your advisors. We can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. We can recommend running paths or the right exercise.

How often do I have to or can I train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are.  You should be working out a minimum of 4 days a week.  It is all dependent on what you are willing to do outside of training with us.
